The villa is surrounded by farm land, ensuring fresh eggs, meats, sausages, milk and many different cheeses yogurts and milk plus freshly baked bread every morning from the local shops.

I asked the owner why he had enjoyed living here so much and he said simply it`s the people, there is a neighborhood watch where everyone takes care of everyone else the children are busy at home or at college or studying and there is no crime in the area, it is just peaceful and beautiful!

The International airport of Puerto Plata is only a seven minute drive away, and a five minute drive in the opposite direction will bring you to Sosua with its four main beaches, with crystal clear water and a range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and banks.

At night the clubs open and the main street is closed to traffic and becomes a lovely family area to enjoy both the restaurants and live music on Saturday nights! Cabarete is only a ten minute drive away and it has miles of sands and is world famous for surfing and kite surfing events! Also the International airport of Puerto Plata is only a seven minute drive away.
