Holiday resort in the mountain area

Area Description:
The resort is located on the north of Czech Republic. The resort is surrounded by Je�t�d mountain in Liberec� it is very famous ski area with ski jumping area, this eyar became Ski 2009 (world ski championchip). On the other side are Jizerky mountain which are very famous in cross country skiing. This resort is situated in the middle of 5 golf resorts (Golf Club Je�t�d , Golf Club Ypsilon � , Golf Club Gr�b�tejn � , Golf Club Malevil a Golf Club Machn�n � ). This resort is 20km from Liberec city and 100km from Prague � the capital city of Czech Republic. Only 10km close is wakeboarding area with lift and boats. It is very sportive area. And we can�t forget on a lot of kilometers for cycling and roller skating.

Resort general description:
The resort lies on area approximately about 30000 square meters, consisting of 2 big houses one of them for service and restaurant, 17 cottages for 116 persons, and appendixes. It`s completely surrounded by a natural fence of trees as will as rounded by a net of roads. Additionally it`s contain an extra space designed for camping and it`s fully prepared with water and electricity, within other extra space its possible also to build additional 4 cottages.
The resort has 2x outdoor toilets, stock with bed linen, wooden outhouse, stock with tools, beer stock, vegetables stock, cold stock, own watter waste cleaner, fat catcher, additionally the resort contain its own water source which is for free, own telephone line, connector for electrical energy, elctrical connector for mobile homes, local heating for a stiff fuel, own gas boiler for PB, own public area lighting.
The resort is surrounded by a lake, it can be used for fishing and swimming. Finally this resort is located in a very calm and quiet area.
