The hotel is a small family run hotel located in an over 300 years old building with a stunning view to the
historical nucleus of the old town of Trogir. Breathtaking view of the old town and a real insight of Trogir

The building is a three stories stone house dating from XIX. century, saved in its basic shape, and
regarding to that is listed in the register of UNESCO World Heritage.

The hotel is located on the island of ─îiovo, opposite the old town of Trogir. The island ─îiovo is connected
with a 150 meters long bridge to the old town of Trogir which is also the distance from our hotel to the old
town.

Hotel consists of a ground floor, reception area, toilets, bar area, kitchen and dining room (99,50 m2) +
front terrace on one side and the Pub area 49,50 m2 (bar and sitting area) + back garden terrace 25 m2, on
the other side of the corridor, second floor and third floor.

The first floor is different owner, but option for purchase is not excluded.
