The house is located in Zaton, Municipality of Nin, right next to the beach, 50 meters from the house. A
private road (co-ownership of five persons) leads to the beach, and the road is calculated in the square
footage of the lot and enters as an integral part of the purchase of the house and grounds. further, the
house is 200 meters from the entrance to the Holiday Resort Zaton, a world-renowned tourist complex.
The house is in the function of Household Tourism (accommodation rental), and is called Holiday House

The environment is in flowers and olive trees and a lawn where a swimming pool can be built without any
problems. driveways, sidewalks and covered parking lots are tiled in decorative panels. Only the parking
lot has 5 seats with galvanized construction and 200-gram awning, the entire court is illuminated and a
timer is set for automatic ignition and lights off. At the end of the grounds behind the house is a garden
cottage. the entire terrain is enclosed in the Stone Wall, and the eastern side of the terrain plus is
enclosed by a hedge of the ÄŒempresino olive tree (which forms and cuts like any fence plant, plus a good
yield per year). the back of the grounds is enclosed by a concrete wall and a laurel hedge is also
developed which creates a very comfortable environment and creates privacy within the land itself.
Wastewater collection is carried out in a 45 m3 septic tank below the covered parking space for three cars
and has direct access to emptying trucks.
The house was renovated and upgraded in 2019 and all installations are as new as the incoming home
infrastructure.
