For Sell a breathtaking big house in front of the sea, in the centre of a wonderfull town on the
biggest island in Croatia called Brac.
It was bought after the civil war in 1995. The original stand was two houses that we made into one
with a historical terase and well that was used by the locals till 1865 to have water.
We did not change the well and original the cave where was the water.
Now its a magical space with its original stones and temperature never getting beyond 18`C even at
the hottest summer or coldest winter.
The beach is in front of the house,you just have to cross the road - 5m from the house door to the
sea.
The house has a garden and a big terase,as well one balcony in fron the house and one inside the
house upon the terase.
There is no furniture. We stopped the working process at 2014 what means only two huge
apartments on the third floor are ready, the rest is concrete what leaves a lot possibilities for the
new owner to design it all just as wished.
The house has 400m2. And it is a dream come true.
