The partly marble-tiled RIA apartment house is situated in the provincial town of Orebic on the mediterranean Adriatic palm and orange tree-covered Peljesac peninsula. In the surroundings of Orebic there are vineyards, plantations of olive-tree, orange, tangerine and lemon. Here is produced the world-famous, gold medal winner Dingac branded red wine. The town has a mediterranean microclimate, unique even in the Adriatic South Dalmatia. Because of it, season lasts from may until the end of october. However, it is an excellent resting resort in the other part of the year as well, since even in january and february temperature of 10-16 degree celsius in bright sunshine is not rare.
