at the abandoned village of Dabovi stani, 8
km far from the center of Novalja. The house
is isolated, some 400 meters away from the
main road as well as from the beautiful cove
with belonging beach. There are no premises
between the villa and the beach. While
renovating the house we kept all the details
of the traditional seaside house and at the
same time managed to offer the comfort for a
pleasant stay of our guests. House has been
designed as one-floor house: on the ground
floor there is a hall, a fully equipped
kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with
the pull-out sofa, SAT TV, a fire place, a
toilet and a storage room. From the sitting
room you can walk onto the 25-sqm terrace
that has sitting and barbecue equipment. On
the first floor there are two big sea-
overlooking bedrooms with king-size beds and
two modern bathrooms. There is a
possibilitiy to build small swimming pool
in back yard.

House is air-conditioned and has
floor and ceiling heating that make the stay
pleasant even in the winter time.

The house is 90 km away from Zadar airport.
