This unique property is situated on the most beautiful stretch of the Adriatic Coast.

The fourth building is a summer kitchen and a typical Dalmatian storage room called konoba (its size is approximately 40 square meters.
The dining room is outdoors but with a solid roof above it. The dining room table is made of famous stone from the island of Brač. The living room is outdoors as well. It is fully covered and can be used for socializing regardless of the weather.
The covered areas measure about 140 square meters. There is also a wonderful terrace. Its size is 50 square meters.
The construction took place in 2009.
This unit was built intentionally so that life can take place outside, in the open where you can enjoy in the fresh air surrounded by Mediterranean plants of all kinds.
In the backyard there is sufficient place for building a swimming pool, although the sea is right in front of the house, not even 10 meters away from the front gate.
