On the most beautiful part of the Croatian coast, in the immediate vicinity of Primošten, the place which has been recognized witinin European relations by its natural beauty and tidiness, winning prestigious tourist awards (European Golden Flower for 2007), numerous awards by Croatian Tourist Association, a residential complex of enclosed type, consisting of nine exceptionaly beautiful villas has been placed.
You can reach the place from the main road , the Adriatic Highway, 1,5 km before the entrance to Primošten, from the north-west.
Each of the seven villas stands as a separate unit and has a garage for two cars, three or four bedrooms with bathrooms and a terrace, a kitchen with a dining room and a living room with terrace, as well as a pool which is partly placed in that object and partly outside the object, and facilities by the pool ( a sauna, room for fitness or pastime and getting together). Green roofs of the each object give an impression of gardens to the object behind it, and in combination with that the villas are adjusted to the configuration of the ground, in the way that they are partly dug in the ground, with a green atrium at the back of the villa, form a unique combination of modern architecture fitted into a Metiterranean ambiance.
An access to the sea is made available to each villa.
A promanade by the sea is being built, so in a five to ten minutes` walk you can reach the center of Primošten.
The vicinity of the airport in Trogir (25km), the harbour of nautical tourism – the marine in Rogoznica - Frapa (7km) and Primošten – Kremik (3km), two national parks Krka (30km) and Kornati (10 km) with crystal clean sea and a view from fairy tales, makes this project unique, putting it next to the world`s most prestigious exclusivisms.
