The floors are linked to the stairs and elevators for the guests, and the entrance to the hotel is suited for people with special needs. There is a walk through terrace on the third floor, which is predicted for future room construction. The hotel was opened in May 2009 and has all the necessary work permits: location, construction usage and decision on categorizing for 4* HACAP standard all necessary attestations There are following installations in the hotel building: electrical installations phone installations fire fighting installations TV installations computer net wireless central room surveillance and air conditioning installations gas heating with valve convectors GEA and radiators VOGEL NOT cooling valve convectors GEA waterworks and sewerage system hydrant net used oil treatment with separators There are two hydraulic elevators with five stations, RAFF elevators. The floors are in stone and ceramics and the carpets are EGE. The pool technology is from NIVETO company, and the wellness was designed according to THERMARIUM with TYLO saunas, HASLAUER bed and MASOR tubs. The kitchen equipment and design was made by the company MODULAR from Italy. The room consists of EGE carpets, MEBLO curtains and décor, HESPO beds, ANCONA furniture, mini bar, safe deposit box and LCD TV Quadro. The restaurant, café and conference hall are equipped with BRUNETI furniture. The Hotel was built in 2008 and started working in May 2009.
