The American magazine `Islands` has recently ranked the Croatian island of Brač among the world`s ten most desirable islands to live on. Brač is desirable to live on account of its clean air and sea. It is one of the most beautiful and largest islands in Dalmatia, with numerous olive-trees, amazing clean beaches and crystal blue sea. Brač is 40 kilometres long and 12 kilometres wide, and it is one of the sunniest area on the Adriatic Sea. The island has a population of 13,000, living in numerous little towns. Nature is unspoiled and climate is mediterranean. Brač is just about 30 minutes away by boat from city of Split, which is second biggest Croatian city, well connected with the rest of Europe. Brač also has it`s own airport.
