The Novigrad is a tourist town located on the northwest coast of the Istrian peninsula in Croatia, situated 25 km from the border with Slovenia. According to the latest census from 2001 the area of Novigrad inhabits 4002 people. The total area of Novigrad is 27 sq km.
The Novigrad project includes land intended for the construction of apartment buildings and hotels with the construction project.
The land is located close to the sea on one side, on the other side is near the marina. Infrastructure connections are persistent. Vehicular access to the land is enabled and possible. Building plot size is 12,503 m2, provided for the construction of apartment buildings and hotels.
It is already made an architectural constructing plan and Territorial – program base for the residential area.
It is planned to construct 15 building parcels, 14 over 800 sq m, and one over 300 sq m.
Allowed to build:
a) P + 1 (up to 4 residential units, 7.5 m in height),
b) P + 2, multi-building (up to 8 housing units, 9 m in height).
Total number of housing units is 114. Net usable area is 9904 m2. Surface size of each unit is 87 m2. According to the project is planned to build 271 underground parking spaces.
The price of the project amounts to € 18,458,327.
