The house is in the old town Cres on the island Cres, northern part of the Adriatic Sea, northern side of the gulf of Kvarner. In the centre of the old part of the town, and exactly nearby old little bay and the pavement there is a passage like a tunnel through one house leading to a yard where are 3 houses, one of which is mine.
The 2 storied house is made of stone, built before the 2nd World War, the thickness of the external walls being approx 70cm. Dimensions of the house are 6,36m x 3,80m(the basic surface approx 25 square meters) It has the basement level, 2 storeys-floors and the attic which has high ceiling in greater part of it, and there is the small terrace as well in front of the main entrance (approx 4sq.m)
In the basement, it has separate entrances for 2 basement rooms. Then the outer stairs leading to the terrace, where is in fact the main entrance door into the house which is the level of 1st storey. From the entrance door also the inner stairs lead to the 2nd storey where there is one big room from which the stairs lead to the attic (the roof is only in one direction) There is a part around the 2 outer walls of the house as a small yard .m belonging to this house (like a small garden surrounding)
The house has regular annexation to system of sewage, water supply and electricity. The roof is new, the outside surface, front side of the house with the external stairs has been just rebuilt, as well as the basement floor and the 1st level floor-rebuilt with concrete.
Second level floor is being rebuilt with the concrete at the moment as well.
The attic (old Dalmatian house style)needs to be repaired as well as new doors and windows should be made and inner walls work (kitchen, bathroom etc). All inner walls should be cleaned up to the stone.
