LOCATION:
The spacious olive grove is located in an excellent location on the island of Brač, in the town of Sutivan.
Brač is the largest central Dalmatian island and belongs to the sunniest Adriatic area. It is very well
connected to the mainland by daily shipping lines, and is one of the few islands in the Adriatic that has its
own airport.
The land is 10 km from Supetar and the ferry, 40 km from Bol and fast shipping lines, and 35 km from Brač
Airport.

DESCRIPTION:
The olive grove covers an area of 14,739 m2 with over 200 preserved olive trees, mostly of the Oblica
variety and a few Levantine trees, with a good harvest. The olive grove is located on well-sunlit and easily
accessible terrain, and on the olive grove there is a stone bollard (bunja) as a smaller building made of
stone, with a circular floor plan and a conical roof, built without bonding means (drywall), for shelter from
storms and storage. There is also a 5x3 m concrete house on the land for agricultural purposes. With
minimal maintenance, the annual harvest varies between 3000 and 7000 kg of olives. Main reason for
selling is lack of time. The land can be reached by a road that is connected to the main road and is only 3
km from the main road (part of the road is temporary). The property is neat.
