connects the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina along the Glina River, you will come across
an intersection where you must turn right. Drive 2 km on an asphalt road that stops and another 1 km on a
country road and there, on the right side, hidden from view, is this small true paradise.
The house was built on part of the foundation of an old destroyed house and has space for an extension
made of brick blocks, covered with 5.5 cm thick thermal insulation, and you can decide the color of the
facade yourself. The windows and doors are new aluminum - PVC, and mosquito nets have been installed.
The roof is covered with shingles. On only 25 m2 (5x5) of floor space, there is a mini kitchen equipped
with a sink and kitchen elements, a mini bathroom with an electric water heater, a toilet, a sink and a
shower, and one room with a three-seater wood-burning stove, a dining table with 6 chairs. The ceiling is
wooden, insulated with polystyrene, so that you are cool enough in the summer and warm in the winter
and save energy. A garage has been added to the side that can serve as a storage room, woodshed, and
summer kitchen. The owner has built a high attic that can be arranged into one larger or two smaller
bedrooms.
On 2518 m2 (4 cadastral plots) there is a beautiful orchard with indigenous fruits (plums, apples), and
among them a 200-year-old lady (pear). Under the braid of indigenous grapes (Izabela) or in the folk
language Tudum/Director there is a table with two benches for enjoying the beautiful days. The first
neighbors are 1 km away from you, so the only noise you will hear is from birds, and the village has a
permanent population of 100 people. The house has its own water supply system that the owners built
themselves.
The bus station is 3 km away, the Maljevac border crossing is 15 km or a 20-minute easy drive by car.
