FARM FOR SALE CURRENTLY IN PRODUCTION OF CATTLE FOR FATTENING STABLES

Péñas Blancas, General, Pérez Zeledón, San José, Costa Rica
Beau ful farm designed and developed for the produc on of CATTLE FOR STABLED FEEDING. With flat
topography and regular shape, it has been built in a func onal way and taking advantage of all the areas.
The access is by paved road and then you enter through a part of public road in ballast and then
con nue through an easement in ballast also. All access is in very good condi on, there is no problem to
enter by car.
The farm has an access control by means of an iron gate that leads directly to the corral for weighing and
maintenance of livestock, besides being the corral where the animals are loaded with the right weight to
be delivered to customers.
In this first area there is a house for the farm laborer, a wine cellar, an artesian well and an area of fruit
trees, bananas, papayas, chayotes, yuccas and much more.
Next to the corral there is a cement and metal structure with a zinc roof that is used to store grass, feed
concentrate, honey and other components of the animal diet. This is also where the organic fer lizer
used on the farm is prepared and maintained with the manure from the animals.
his process of producing organic fer lizer has not yet been developed, but it is known to be highly
profitable, in addi on to the fact that the raw material is within the farm itself.
The farm is delimited on the front boundary by a barbed wire fence that runs from the west creek to the
east river. The east boundary is the San Ignacio River (Peñas Blancas) and the west boundary is the Agua
Buena Creek. The farm has a very good natural water supply. In fact there is an artesian well about 7
meters deep that supplies much of the water required for daily work.
The southern boundary is also delimited by a barbed wire fence. Here the farm borders with other
neighboring farms.
The farm has been divided into sec ons for different crops. There is short grass of the variety Cuba 22,
there is an area dedicated to plan ng corn or sugar cane, other areas have been established for the
cul va on of a plant called BotĂłn de Oro, which provides very good nutrients for livestock feed. These
lands are very fer le and well cared for.
All cu ng, whether of grass, sugar cane or corn, is done mechanized. On the farm there is equipment
and machinery to do it: tractor, dump cart, grass cu er and other plants and a cart to carry the sugar
cane or `BotĂłn de Oro`.
From the corral there is a road delimited by electrified fences that leads to another infrastructure where
the feed is distributed to the animals. This work is carried out with a tractor that pulls an equipment
called Mixer, which is where all the feed of the animals` diet is s rred (mixed) for its mechanized
distribu on.
During the summer season, a diesel pump is installed in the river and a series of hoses are used to
supply
water to the areas that require it by means of towers with levers.
