very accessible to the small town which will have
your basic needs, 10 minutes from La Suiza,
which has everything else. It is about 25 minutes
from Turrialba and 1.5 hours from San José.
The house is a basic 2 bedroom Tico house. The
wiring was redone in June of 2019 as was the
tubing for water.

The house is perfectly functional in and of itself
for simple living, but there is plenty of room to
build!

Utilities are very low and cell reception excellent.
We are still doing small improvements to the
home such as putting in a new partition to hold a
flat screen television and minor repairs.
The bathroom is very basic, but the shower is
tiled on the floor and there is hot water.
The patio de pilas was just resurfaced and a new
roof put on.

I bought the property cash in May of 2008, so the
title is clear. Taxes are extremely low (50 usd if
that)
It’s been a wonderful place to be for the last 13
years and I will miss it!
