in FL with tropical eds of select placed orchids and 100`s
of naturals appeared here since. More will continue to magically appear
year after year. From a microscopic seed to a full bloom is 3-6 years or so
depending on species. Incredible to watch.

to a pool if desired(bottom drain is in and electric ready for pump and
hardware).

concrete. 7.5 quake didn`t touch it, or any of the other structures here.

The other cabin is a mixed build .The lower 3 foot section is concrete and
the upper is all super high quality natural finished cedar exposed
framing/rafters with hidden fastenings. Custom plaster and fibercrete
kitchen area. Full bed, It`s had several long term
tenants over the years. They can come and go privately and `s
very similar to a small Tico house build but using elegance and a larger
budget in the design.

18 x 18 octagon rancho with 20 foot ventilated peak. Mahogany,
guachepilin, teak and cedar framing. Giant custom built by owner concrete
and stainless-aluminum smoker-BBQ to the side with sink area.A whole
hog or 20 steaks easily do-able

Trails and 2 bridges criss-cross the year round creek. Tons of wildlife.
Future plans for infrared trail cams to watch on wifi in the house at night :-)

Top notch yet very simple and maintenance free wireless security systems
throughout all buildings.

4-5 car garage shop all open air w/100 amp electric. Air system and pro-
installed shop style electric ready to go for welding/cabinetry/body work or
just park your Ferraris, jet skis and boats. 
Boat ramp less than 10 minutes from the farm. Liquor store just before
boat ramp and a couple good yet inexpensive restaurants right there too.

Owner may finance up to 1/3 at a US level interest rate ( about 1/6 of Costa
