hectare 20-year government
issued land
concession,spanning from
the main road to the beach.
The
property features 154 meters
of beachfront. The
concession is issued by the
Costa Rican Institute of
Tourism (ICT) and the local
Municipality of Cobano. Santa
Teresa is located in the
southwest tip of the Nicoya
Peninsula, on the Pacific
Shores of Costa Rica. It is
located in the Province of
Puntarenas, and the region is
developed under a strict
regulatory plan. All approved
designs meet the
existing norms and
regulations.
Santa Teresa is an up and
coming beach destination
with impressive growth in
services and popularity. It
currently ranks as the #1
destination in Central
America as listed in Trip
Advisor. Over the last 10
years, the region has
solidified its market
positioning as a
luxury destination foryoung
travelers, with emphasis on
