This unique and stunning ecolodge is considered to one of the prettiest properties in the Salento area! Incredible lush gardens, the calm of the river, the impressive view of the massive 4 arched historical stone bridge. There is no traffic noise, instead the lull of the river and the sounds of the numerous bird species found here.

It is located at the end of a well maintained 1 kilometer road from the main highway to Salento, 3 kilometers above our village of Boquia. The property abuts the historic bridge and has a large flat area with a covered structure with hammocks and picnic tables to accommodate weddings and special events. At this moment we have 21 beds and can accommodate 33 people.

THE LOT is 25,000 square meters. It has 260 meters of private riverfront. The upper area has guayaba, avocados, plantain and various fruit trees. There is a huge green house with lots of water. A kennel for dogs, coops for chickens. Several nice building sites with amazing views.
Two large capacity septic systems with certification. Newer electrical wiring and breakers, excellent and abundant artisan water, very well maintained gardens. Covered parking, large covered structure in front of bridge with hammocks and Yoga area.
Lots of possibilities to continue developing this amazing property. It is presently used as an eco hotel but has other possibilities including … botanical gardens, special events and weddings, family residence, healing or cultural center. The price includes all the beds and bedding, business license, kitchen ware, furniture, etc.

CLIMATE We are at 1,800 meters in the heart of the coffee zone. It is cool in the evening and we do not have or need air-conditioning.
