Tulahuén Valley has the clearest skies on
earth, and star gazing is one of its main
attractions. It is also the center of the
industry of goat cheese and cured meat, as
well as handcrafted sweet wines, such as
Don Amable y Fume Blanco Los Troperos.
The farm for sale bears the name of
`Hacienda Tulahuén Poniente` (Rol Avalúo
144-2). It is located in Chile, South America,
80 km. South-East of the city of Ovalle, in
`Comuna Monte Patria, Provincia of Limarí`
(Latitude -30.96482; Longitude -70.77015).
The land is very similar to the well known
touristic zone of Elqui Valley, both in terms
of landscape and climate; but unlike the
latter, Tulahuén is unexploited, and
therefore it offers greater investment
opportunities. It is important to realize that
this land is virtually virgin; its only
exploitation has been goat farming and
sowing. All exploitation has been executed
in a natural way, without the use of
pesticides and other chemical agents.

potential for touristic activities, such as
fishing, adventure tourism, ecological
tourism, etc.

The farm has veins of lapislázuli and jasper,
as well as undeclared signs of gold, copper
and lead.
The property includes: colonial house
(adobe construction) susceptible of
remodeling to transform it into an ecological
hotel; superintendent house; tenant`s
houses; warehouses and stables.
One of the key features of the farm is its
great amount of water supply; there are two
rivers crossing the property and one of them
is exclusive to the farm (that is, it is born
and ends into the confines of the property).
The farm has drinking water, electric power,
