November, dropping to 12% in December due to festivities and temporary closure. In 2023, the
average occupancy was 39% in the first quarter, 24% in the low season months, and 46% in August.
The last quarter of 2023 closed with an average occupancy of 37%, reaching 73% in November.

In 2024, the hotel started with an excellent first quarter, achieving an occupancy rate of 74%. In the
second quarter, the occupancy was 29%, with plans underway to improve results next year,
including special contracts with agencies to increase occupancy during low-demand months. For
the next six months, the hotel already has 23% occupancy guaranteed through existing
reservations, and negotiations with agencies indicate positive expectations for the high season and
the year 2025.
