in a quiet area of Sveti Vlas resort, 300 m
from the beach. Sveti Vlas is famous by it`s
unique combination of mountain and sea
landscape.
The city center is at 10 minutes walking.
The airport of Burgas – at 35 km distance.

Interior:
The Studio of 40 sqm is fully furnished, has
a small kitchen equipped with all modern
appliances (refrigerator, stove with 2 hobs,
extractor hood, oven, kettle, toaster,
dishes), bathroom with shower / WC.
The Studio is furnished with 1 double bed, 1
sofa bed (for 1 adult or child), air
conditioning, cable TV. Provides
accommodation for up to 3 guests, also air-
conditioning, and cable TV. The apartment is
located on the 3rd floor (of 4) overlooking
the pool and the sea. There is a balcony
with plastic table and chairs. The building
has an elevator.

Infrastructure:
On campus: - 24 hour security; - outdoor
pool, sunbeds, umbrellas.
Near the complex are many cafes, cozy
restaurants, shops and another entertainment
that will make your stay interesting and
unforgettable.
