The real estate is located in a small village 400 inhabitants on 28km from the municipal centre – town of Popovo, 50km from the town of Rousse which borders with The Republic of Romania. It is also 255km from the capital Sofia, 140km to the sea capital Varna being the nearest airport, 70 km from the old Bulgarian capital – Veliko Tarnovo. A small river runs near the village.
