the north part of complex Pamporovo, hotel `BOR` and hotel `ARFA` , with area from 1967 m2. The terrain is placed 300m from

the main hotels in the resort - `MURGAVETS`, `SNEJANKA` and `PERELIK`. The building is a complex of several constructions

with different height, following the gradient and the configuration of the terrain The main automobile way and walkway is

building with the flats, to the swimming pool and the fitness center, and to the underground parking. On this level are
