steps to follow:

1. A 1000 Euro booking deposit is required to reserve an apartment. We will present 2 original

copies of the deposit receipt that the client and the developer themselves must sign.

2. The standard payment

schedule is as it follows:

30% - due and payable at the signing of the preliminary contract;

30% - due and

payable at the completion of the definite apartment level;

30% - due and payable at roof level;

10% - due and

payable at the signing of the notary deed.

We also offer payment schedules with discounts included, which are the

following:

Payment schedule with a 4% discount

50% - due and payable at the signing of the preliminary

contract;

20% - due and payable at the completion of the definite apartment level;

20% - due and payable at

roof level;

10% - due and payable at the signing of the notary deed.

Payment schedule with an 8%

discount

90% - due and payable at the signing of the preliminary contract;

10% - due and payable at the signing

of the notary deed.

3. 4 weeks/28 days are given to the client to pay the initial installment stipulated in the

preliminary contract.

4. When the first installment is paid the status of the apartment in our online system will

be changed from `Reserved` to `Sold`.

5. About remaining installments, as per contract, the client will be duly

notified 3 weeks prior to the date of payment.

6. The notary deed is signed in Bulgaria at the delivery of the

apartment.

In case the client purchases 2 apartments he shall receive a 5% discount for the apartment with higher

price;

In case the client purchases 3 apartments he shall receive a 5% discount off the total price.

In case

the client purchases more than 3 apartments the payment terms and conditions, and the price itself shall be

negotiable.
