That is a wonderful rural house located in calm and

peaceful town of Krichim,situated just 20 km from the second biggest and ancient city of Plovdiv(Phillipopulis). The town is

just 55 km. of the sunniest and most popular ski resort Pamporovo. It is a 2-storey house(1st floor-half underground) in very

good state. The house is with total built up area of 200 sq.m. On the first floor(100sq.m.) there are four rooms,as one of

the rooms is very big and it is furnitured in traditional Bulgarian old style and was used for gatherings and parties by my

family. On the second floor there are two bedrooms,a living room,big bathroom,a kitchen,a corridor and a large terrace. There

is a garage with the house and small bulding which was used as a family shop. The house is supplied with water, electricity

and sewage but the only problem is that at the time the house was built it was common practice in Bulgaria that the toilets

were built outside the house.That can be easily fixed as there is lots of space in the house and it will not cost more than

2000 pounds to build a toilet inside as there is already sewage. The courtyard of the house is 350 sq.m. flat plot and it is

behind the house so it makes it very private and quiet.The garden is surrounded by two farm buildings which are part of the

property and could be easily demolished and turned into a nice summerhouse.The town itself is in a very attractive area for

tourists. You won t get bored there as you have lots of things to do, like mountain bike, fishing(only 20km away is situated

a beautiful mountain lake), hunting. There are many marked tourist routs through the mountain. It is very close to Pamporovo

and you can ski in the winter. This town is about 150km from Sofia,250km from the seaside and also very close to the greek
