The farm faces the largest coral barrier in the South Atlantic, which is 8 miles from
coast, or 15 minutes by boat. The Abrolhos Bank is the birthplace of the humpback whale, which make this
their refuge for breastfeeding and reproduction, between the months of July and November. It is the most
important breeding area for this species in the Western South Atlantic.
As everything here is very virgin there are many forests with big trees and all kinds of
birds and animals

Located 15 km from Caravelas, a city founded in 1503 by Portuguese with many houses
colonial and
a very cheerful and welcoming people, Fazenda Santa Bahia has a house with six suites
that 5 with a king-size double bed, and 1 with 2 bunk beds for 4 people all built of wood.

The house was inaugurated in December 2014 all built in wood. There are six suites,
five with king size bed and one with two bunk beds with capacity for 14 people.
At the bottom are two suites overlooking the sea and lake, both with bath on the balcony
outside, swing net and a table with chairs. At the top are four suites, the
main and the bunk beds suite overlooks the sea and lake. The third suite has a frontal view of the
coconut grove and one side to the sea and the other to the sunset, the fourth suite has a view of the
field and coconut trees, all with large balconies, hammocks, tables and benches.
The upper part of the house has very high ceilings in the living rooms, bedrooms, kitchen and balconies,
breeze circulates around the house, airing all environments naturally.
A large room with leather sofas, a rustic wooden table with chairs for 14 people and
an external balcony widely decorated for your comfort. Our kitchen has a great counter
with comfortable benches for drinks and snacks, our cook makes wonderful dishes both
oven and stove. Fish, prawns, vegetables etc ... are brought fresh daily from the
City. In our garden there are always options without any type of pesticide.
The pool was built approximately 2 meters from the ground level, there are several
depths, two benches with jacuzzi, a deck with tables, benches and some beach chairs
coconut trees. Between the pool and the beach there is a large kiosk with barbecue, table for 16
people and a wet sauna.

Caravelas airport was renovated and opened in April 2016, only for landing and
takeoff of private flights. Built by the Americans during World War II, the
runways are X-shaped, the longest being 1,600 meters long and 50 meters wide,
that allows any aircraft to land.
Caravelas is in the extreme south of Bahia, almost on the border with the state of Espirito Santo and
Minas Gerais. Departing from São Paulo to Caravelas or Teixeira de Freitas on a commercial plane
or jet, the flight forecast is 1 hour and 30 minutes, and from Caravelas airport to the farm are
only 15 km away, Teixeira s is 85 km away.
