The subject property consists of two large
contiguous parcels of land totaling 685.702
acres as per certificate issued from the
Registrar of Lands. Approximately 85 acres
are low lying with wet Savannah. This is of
great advantage as a year round source of
ground water for agro-processing. The
balance of land is gently undulating black
and red soil over a lime-rock base of some 6
to 8 feet in depth. For the most part the
property is mostly thicket with some low
growth broad-leaf forest which is easy to

Corozal Commercial Free Zone, 5 miles
from Corozal Town and from Consejo, and

support Golf, Nature Walks, Horseback
Riding, Bird-Watching and a host of other

excavated Maya ruins of Santa Rita in
Corozal Town; Cerros Maya Ruin across
form Corozal Town. Sarteneja Village
makes an interesting short tour of a Mayan
