We are building a community of individuals who are interested in a simpler lifestyle, owning a tiny home. If you choose to rent your unit for income the choice is yours. The HOA is $200 usd per month which covers building insurance, grounds maintenance, pool upkeep, property taxes and water. There will be 2 stackable washer/dryer units which will be coin operated. Each unit will have its own electric meter for individual controls.

The units all have front and back porches for outside accessibility. The inside is 320 square feet of well-appointed details, such as black and stainless fridge, black and stainless glass top 4-burner electric stove and oven, electric water heater. Each unit has an 18,000 btu split unit air conditioner installed as well. There is a whole home surge suppressor installed at the main breaker box coming into the unit.

Matching bar lights, bathroom lights and ceiling fan in the sleeping area as well as a hand-crafted lamp in the living area provide lighting and circulation.

The floors are hand-sanded (meaning not perfect) mixed Belizean hardwoods. The framing is wood construction with 16-inch centers, which complies with North American building standards. There is insulation between the upper and lower units, as well as in the roof space and all the walls which helps keep your unit cooler.

A 3-pce bathroom vanity has been hand carved with live-edge hardwoods crafted by a carpenter in Belize. Glass door and glass blocks form the shower enclosure. There is also a built-in closet for clothes and linens.
