Orti `shpk, was established and registered with the NRC in May 2006, but its founder and sole shareholder of the company, Mr. Kadri Mahalla, has a long experience as a trader of food products, beverages and cigarettes, since 1991 , immediately after the change of the socialist system to the market economy system.
Our business is located in the region of Elbasan, which is one of the main regions of Albania and is mainly focused on the wholesale and retail sale of food, beverages, cigarettes, personal care products and home, as well as providing some other services such as: coffee bar, pizzeria, children`s playground, children`s cinema, etc.

`Orti` shpk, owns one of the main shopping centers in Albania, which is also the only shopping center located in the south-eastern region of the country, at the entrance of the city of Elbasan. At QTO, there is currently a cash & carry warehouse, a large hypermarket, three coffee-pizzeria bars, seven clothing, shoe, jewelry stores, etc., a cigarette shop, a children`s play area, a cinema for children, a currency exchange shop, a bookstore, etc.

`Orti` shpk, has a network of three supermarkets located in the city of Elbasan, as well as a very professional distribution network with 20 vans who sell directly or according to the pre-sale system in almost 70 percent of the market of the district of Elbasan, supplying more than 2400 markets, grocery stores, wholesale outlets, bar-restaurants, fast food, etc.

We are an exclusive distributor and have the rights to represent some of the well-known Albanian and international companies operating in Albania for brands such as: Amstel, Heineken, Amita, Merentino, Birra Tirana, golden eagle, etc.

The financial performance of the company has improved year after year and we aim to maximize financial efficiency, through a very rigorous financial control and management.
We have drafted this business plan, because we intend to expand our activity throughout the Albanian market, in the sector of retail and wholesale of food, beverages, personal and home care products, cigarettes, household products, etc.
