SCANDIA TUY HOA RESORT is being planned by the Swedish company Scandinavian Center HB, and The Phu Yen Peoples committee.
It is an exclusive ecological tourist and villa village in Tuy Hoa city (the beginning of Long Thuy Beach) that is special in that both the Vietnamese and foreigners can invest in property there.

We are planning it to be 390 000 sqm.:

1- Tourist and park area : 180 000 sqm, private beach, private forest, boat bridge,
parks, swimming pool, children`s pool, tennis court, restaurants, bars, gyms, private roads, Vietnamese pavilions, 4 star Spa Resort (with hotels, bungalows and villas), 5* Hotel, etc.
