Outside Kitchen

Measuring 4060mm x 2440mm this is so practical when cooking certain dishes. It is equipped with LPG gas line from the outside Gas cabinet, hot water from the solar converter unit and cold water from the water tank in the loft. The roof is of corrugated sheets that dissipates heat easily. The floor is fully tiled and so is the area above the worktop. It has a single bowl sink with swivel mixer taps. There are electrical points and light points fused separately in the workshop.

Downstairs Bedroom 4

It serves as the front entrance with access to the double sliding door of the lounge and the outside kitchen. The floor is tiled with non-slip ceramic tiles flanked by crafted concrete spindles balustrade finished on top with ceramic tiles. It has three light points, one electric outlet for garden lights and one double 13A switched sockets.

Outside Integral Workshop

Measuring 3800mm x 2700mm it consists of two glazed and sliding windows, adequate power points and light points. There is a wooden workbench located under one of the two windows and it is accessed via a door from the Outside Kitchen.

Car Port

Measuring 4700mm x 4200mm it is located in the front adjacent to the workshop. It has a concrete floor merging into the front courtyard. The roof is of concrete tiles that matches the house roof tiles and rests on galvanised metal pillars. It is flanked on two sides by the boundary walls and one side by the workshop affording a level of privacy. Access is from the Front Courtyard.

Front Courtyard

The front courtyard is concreted with a good size flower bed and holes in the concrete for plants or shrubs. There is sufficient space to park 2 cars plus one more under the Car Port.

Remote Controlled Electric Front Gate

Measuring 4200mm x 1200mm the front gate is constructed of galvanised steel bars fully covered over with steel metal sheets to afford a high degree of security. It is fully automated using remote pocket units while at the same time is has a `manual` override system in the event of power failure or malfunction. There is no need to get out of your car until you have entered the courtyard and closed the gate behind you. The gate can be programmed to automatically close after entry or the remote pocket unit can be used to close the gate. There is an Intercom System between on the outside pillar of the gate and the Lounge Dinner.

Side & Rear areas of house

There is not a great deal of land left on the two sides and rear of the house because the house was built to occupy most of the available land. There is however sufficient room to create a small potted plants garden to relax in and to keep pets. At the rear of the house is a purpose built laundry sink made of concrete and cold water tap. There are two lockable and ornate metal gates on each side of the house to facilitate fire escape. There is a breadfruit tree that produces breadfruits twice a year.

Upstairs Lounge
Measuring 4540mm x 4030mm the upstairs lounge is accessed from the downstairs lounge via tiled stairs adorned by a beautifully carved and varnished wooden balustrade. This Upstairs Lounge opens into the Upstairs Balcony via two glazed sliding doors. From this Upstairs Lounge access is also afforded to the two upstairs bedrooms, the master bedroom and loft. The Balcony

Measuring 7600m x 1860mm the fully tiled balcony is flanked by moulded concrete spindles and tiled handrail. It overlooks the front of the house and the Front Courtyard with views of the mountains. Most of it is undercover but a small part has been left without cover for sun bathing or cultivating a small potted plant garden.

Master Bedroom 1

Measuring 3760mm x 3440mm (in the bedroom area) there is ample room for a king side bed plus bedside units and wardrobes.
