The farm land is in mkushi district, kaundula farm block which is in the central part of Zambia. The land is 450ha big has one (1) river passing through and one (1) stream starting within the farm, so water is definitely not a problem.

The farm land has no developments and the land is virgin. The area has no electricity yet, but it been a new block but they are talks of putting up electricity soon. The nearest electricity is 60km away.

We are willing to either sell or rent the land out, to buy we are taking offers and are willing to settle for USD65,000 0r a little less and to rent USD200 per month for the first one year as the land will need a bit of work and USD1100 thereafter. All there prices are negotiable and we have all the papers.

The land can be used to grow crops like Maize, Wheat, Soya beans, Paprika etc.; water is not a problem in this area. It could also be used for bee keeping, ranching and the like. Mkushi is a rich farm area in Zambia with 85% of farms owned by foreigners. It has a very low crime rate, has a very good school in the area and is a nice and quiet place to live.
