Tha farm land is in mkushi district, kaundula farm block which is in the centarl part of Zambia. The land is 450ha big has 1 river passing through and 1 stream starting within the farm.

Tha farm land has no developments and the land is virgin. The area has no electricity yet, it been a new block but they are talks of putting up electricity soon. The nearset electricity is 60km away.

We are willing to either sell or rent the land out, to buy the land is going for UDS85,000 and to rent USD200 per month for the first one year as the land will neeed a bit of work and USD1100 there after. All there prices are negotiable and if buying could even be paid in instalments. We have all the papers.

Tha land can be used to grow crops like Maize, Wheat, Soya beans,Paprika etc, water is not a problem in this area. It could also be used for bee keeping, ranching and the like.
