Wider vicinity offers visiting an old mining city of Banská Štiavnica, lots of old castles and castle
ruins around (up to 30 minutes by car), lakes, natural ponds, mountain views, deer-forests,
climbing routes and other sights.

The fenced plot of land measures 2710 sq.m. There are two houses located there. Very nice
tufaceous cellar nearby one of the houses can be widened as needed. Stone oven on a terrace of
the smaller of the houses can be used for bread- or pizza-baking. There is a possibility to finish the
attic for an additional space. There is an old dug well on the property. House is heated by
cordwood.

The place needs some reconstruction. New stove needs ot be installed, well needs to be dug 3m
deeper, water pump installed and water pipes brought to the house (just several metres). There is
no sewage system, but a spall drain, nevertheless a septic tank can be build or bought and
installed easily. All the pipes for water and sewage are already built into the house. It just needs to
be connected to/from outside. The road to the house is asphalted, just the last few metres is
metalled.
