architect Nicu Georgescu, prominent exponent of this style in the interwar period pletely
renovated in 2002, the architecture of the house was changed very little and the way it was finished
facade and interiors, as well as the materials used and has played its beauty and charm of
yesteryear.
Elements of contemporary, modern and functional intertwine harmoniously with the retro style due
to structural elements of architecture, old furniture and other interior elements. On the 1st floor, an
original fresco, carefully restored, arch adorns a window of the living room. Solid oak staircase that
starts in the large lobby with columns and stained glass that connects the upper floors is original,
being carefully restored to regain the beauty of yore.
The decor attic, and also surprisingly functional, focused on old brick and wood antiqued, is
picturesque and full of fantasy, filling in a happy way the original architecture of the villa. Portions
alternate with tiled floors coated with stained dark.
