At the edge of the so called `Old Forest` area, there is a beautiful cottage that is waiting for its new, happy owner. For the owner who will wake up every morning in a relaxed environment, for gentle twittering. In this small forest every day is a new, beautiful experience.

Unfortunately, for family reasons, we have to say good bye to our beloved home, where we`ve been living for 5 years. Right before moving in, we had completely renewed it and we`ve been constantly beautifying it during the years. Also, at the moment, it looks just as if it had been completed yesterday!

Our cottage can be found for 55 – 60 km to Budapest and 5 km to Jaszbereny town in a safe neigbourhood, in a forest area (there is a forest part on the yard as well). We have nice, fair neighbours who even watch out for the property while we are away. The cottage is easily accessible in every season.

The premises are roomy, light, and classy pastel colors rule the whole cottage. There are 2 rooms and a living room. All doors and windows are new.

The wall is made of 50 cm thick pise, perfectly dry, excellently insulate during the Winter, and no air conditioning is necessary during the Summer. Very low utility bills! There is an alarm sytem directly connected to security services, but it`s never been necessary to use it.

The water supply is resolved from drinking water quality drilled well.

There is beautiful kitchen furniture, built in oven, electric stove, and furnace, which all nicely alloy the modern and old stylish elements.
