Description
For sale is a complex of former Niedergörsdorfer mill including warehouses, flour storage, home of the miller and mill building, the house and the stables in the rear part of the plot were established in 1906 in clinker, the meal storage and additional buildings also in 1928 as brick buildings. The masonry is largely in good condition, the stairs and banisters in the house are completely preserved in its original and there are many interesting installations from the time of origin (eg door handles, cast-iron columns, wooden grain storage and feed systems). Overall, the property is in need of modernization, however, state and waits for a costly renovation for a future dining or similar use.
