Hello,

We are three Dutch students and one
American student, currently living in Taipei.
In the period of January/February we will
return to Holland and therefore we are
looking for new tenants to live in our rooms.
The apartment consists of twelve bedrooms
in total in which mostly students live. Apart
from the bedrooms, there are two living
rooms with one tv, two bathrooms and a
kitchen. Currently our roommates come from
America, England, Panama, Japan and
Czech, so there is a nice international
atmosphere in the apartment.
The apartment is located on only 2 minutes
walk from Taipower Building MRT station,
which is also close to NTU. Many
international students are living in this area.
So, four rooms will become available; one
with both private toilet and sink, one with
only private toilet and two without toilet.
The prices are NT$13,500 for the first two
rooms, NT$13,000 for the third one and
NT$15,000 for the last one, per month.
