We currently live in Cape Town SA. We are moving to Windhoek at the end of January 2012 and will require a 1 year rental from 1 February. We are willing to rent from January if a suitably attractive home is available. We require space for our 2 dogs (German shepherd and a Jack Russell). 3 bedrooms with built in cupboards, preferably 2 bathrooms, garages for 2 cars plus driveway parking, secure, fenced and private. A fully functional kitchen (built in stove etc). Sufficient grounds, but with an easy garden (pool will be a real plus) and a good entertainment area will be perfect. We are looking for a sunny well kept home that is easy to live in and even easier to look after.
