situated in a quiet, green area of Sveti
Vlas resort. Sveti Vlas resort is famous by
its unique combination of mountain and sea
landscape, and also by its fabulous Marina
Dinevi yacht port with numerous elegant
restaurants, bars and night clubs. The
complex is located:
- 900 m from city center Sveti Vlas;
- 2.5 km from the center of Sunny Beach
resort;
- 6 km from the old town of Nessebar;
- 35 km - airport of Burgas ;

Interior:
The spacious apartment of 109 sq. m is fully
furnished and comes with 2 bedrooms, living
room with kitchen block, 2 bathrooms. One
bedroom is with a double bed. The second -
with 2 separated beds. The living room has a
sofa-bed (2 sleeps). One bathroom has shower
+ WC, the second bathroom - only WC. The
kitchen block is equipped with all modern
appliances (refrigerator, stove with 2 hobs,
extractor hood, oven, kettle, toaster,
microwave, dishes, dishwasher, washing
machine).
There are 2 balconies in the flat. The big
one is overlooking a lovely, green yard, and
has plastic furniture. The second balcony is
overlooking a quiet street of Sveti Vlas.
Provides accommodation for up to 6 guests,
also air-conditioning, and cable TV. The
apartment is located on the 3rd floor (of
4). There is no elevator in the building.

Infrastructure:
On campus: - 24 hour security; - green yard,

grocery store. The town center, shops and
roads are within easy reach and are easily
accessible.
