Beachfront Dive Resort on 17 acres of leased land with secluded beach US$850,00 (negotiable) This resort is on a 99 year lease with 88 years left to a Resort is on the north of Kadavu just minutes from the Astrolabe Reef, the third largest reef system in the world. There are no roads, no banks and no pollution. Diving and game fishing are the main attractions. It has two flights a day, one from Nadi International Airport and one from Suva (the capital). It also has a weekly ferry from Suva.
All the bures are set back about 20 yds from the beach, they are nestled in the trees for privacy but maintaining ocean views. The bures are block built having full en-suite facilities, high wooden ceilings, tiled throughout and have a side deck and front veranda. All bures are built to hurricane standard. The doors and windows are meshed against mosquitoes.

The main building houses, reception, dining room, back office, bar, porch area, kitchen, staff shower and toilet and male/female toilet for the guests. This again is tiled throughout and has high wooden ceilings.
There is 17 acres of native leased land on a 99 year lease with 88 years left to run, of which approximately four acres have been developed. The remaining acreage could be further developed with more bures (bungalows) whilst at the same time having income from the resort. Alternatively it could be divided into plots and subleased to individuals to build their holiday home.

Our dive shop is near to the beach and is full equipped with compressor, tanks, wet suits, fins, snorkels, bcds and regulators etc We have three boats, one with a 40 hp engine and the other slightly larger with a small cabin, centre console and a 60 hp engine. There is also a 28ft. cabin cruiser with 150hp and a 30hp auxiliary.

There is big potential with this resort, it depends on what one wants to do with it, either further develop the 17 acres, sublease plots for holiday homes, time share, but with 18 acres and absolute beachfront all within ten minutes of the famous Astrolabe Reef, fresh enthusiasm and a quality life style anything can be achieved.
