The rest of the area is assumed for the recreation zone, vineyard, mini oil mill, memorabila shop with vine shop with vine basement, fisherman cottage, horse barn, open fresco dining area with a view of the open sea.

The whole concept is based on direct experience of nature, vineyards, olive groves, mill, tavern, horses and goats and the sheep that we have to provide some experience in urbanized areas is not possible.
