Description

Kilimanjaro Country Lodge & Caf� is a beautiful lodge set in a serene part of Leopards Hill in Lusaka. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city but only 5 minutes drive from Crossroads Shopping Mall and 20 minutes from Manda Hill Shopping Mall. As well as being a great place to stay, it`s perfect for some time out, a relaxing coffee or shopping for crafts and souvenirs.

Accommodation

The lodge has a total of eighteen rooms � fourteen single/ doubles and four large family rooms. The family rooms can cater for three adults or two adults and two children. All the rooms are spacious and well ventilated with large windows looking out into the gardens. The decor is simple and elegant with clean earthy tones. Each room is en-suite and is fully kitted with coffee and tea making facilities, full DSTV and a wireless internet connection.

The property is developed as a country lodge and cafe with a reception and conference building, three blocks of ensuite rooms, restaurant and ancillary buildings.

The 5 acre commercially zoned grounds surrounding the buildings are well landscaped with neat and well maintained lawns but can be used for commercial or residential development.

Kilimanjaro Country Lodge & Caf� rates are inclusive of a full English breakfast as well as
laundry. The lodge also offers airport and city transfers at a small extra cost. Kilimanjaro has a
full team of warm and professional staff who ensure that guests are comfortable and feel at
home. They are always on hand to meet any particular guest requirements.

Events at Kilimanjaro

Kilimanjaro Country Lodges & Caf� has well manicured gardens which can be hired for outdoor
functions of about 100 guests. The lodge tends to host parties for weddings, birthdays and Christmas parties. The lodge is especially popular for its fun children`s parties. Food for such events can be provided from the onsite Caf�.

Location

The property is situated on Leopards Hill Road 6 kilometres from Crossroads Shopping Centre and
approximately 14 Kilometres east of the Central Business District of Lusaka.

Neighbouring properties include the American international School, Adventure City and Pilatus.

Kilimanjaro Cafe

This is a warm and fashionably cluttered caf� and craft shop that makes a great place to eat and
hang out. As you sample tasty dishes, you can take in the wide array of arts and crafts for sale.

The caf� is open to the public daily, from 07:00 to 22:00. It is open 24 hours for guests at the lodge.

Kilimanjaro Country Lodge & Caf� is extremely child friendly. There`s a kiddies area within the caf�
where kids can play and spend time colouring under the watchful eye of a trained child minder.
This means parents can relax and enjoy a peaceful drink or meal. Kilimanjaro also has a farmyard
accessible to the kids and a lovely outdoor play area.

Kilimanjaro is an expert at hosting events and are happy to organise birthday parties, Christmas
parties and functions. Snack platters are also available.
