Let me to tell you about the unique building
of the brewery with malt production it was
built in 1879. We purchased the building in
2004. Our first idea was to restoration the
building, then restore the malt production
and later install brewing equipment, from
1000 to 8000 liters per day and opening of
the pub-motel.

In connection with this, let me explain to
you, some of our ideas for the development
of this project. The building of the brewery
can make high quality malt and can be a
unique exhibition space for the presentation
of any other beer or equipment in the
historic walls.

This building brewery has a reputation,
started in 1879. In this way, you get the
opportunity to combine their recipes and
historical building in one beautiful story.

This place can become a center of
brewing near Kiev. You can open a mini-
museum, a restaurant, country club, hotel or
a cozy loft with small lakes and island
around.

This building has its own big name, `
I.V.Kanskiy Slavic brewery `, it was entered
in the registers of breweries of the Russian
Empire, the data on the plant, the number of
beers and work preserved in the archives.
All that was found in the archives of our art
historians in the historical information
displayed.

Also there is information on the labels of
beer, which was producing plant in the
archives. And that`s an idea. You can
restore the production of these types of
beers with authentic labels.

And finally, as people who have a very clear
idea of the brewery, you can know that
renovating the interiors of the buildings, do
not require huge investments. After all,
every brick in it has its own brand Butovich
merchant who built this building.
