Frontiera Ranch, a well-known Polish cheese manufacture together with an ecological farm in the centre of the Mazurian Lake District / the only and exclusive offer on the Polish market/

At present, Frontiera ranch is the best and the most famous producer of farm hand-made cheese with are made with traditional methods using milk of sheep and Jersey stock cows. We manufacture several long-maturing kinds of cheese and also blue cheese, which are all suitable especially for consumption with wine.

We use milk obtained only from our own animals which have ecological certificates. Both sheep and cows graze on vast Mazurian meadows. Our herd includes ca 100 sheep and 7 cows.

The ranch also consists of 17 ha of totally arable land and the centrally located premises including a house with cheese manufacture, stable, 2 sheep barns, a tool building, guest house and a separate barn and a hen-rooster where ducks and hens are kept. There are also 3 fish ponds which are a habitat of wild rich flora and fauna.

All the farm buildings are built of stone and red-brick-roofed with red tile in the old local style. The farm is located in the most beautiful area of the Mazury Region in some distance to the other farms in the middle of the magnificent forests and lakes. The enchanting harmony and calmness of this place make it unforgettable.

Our cheese manufacture has all the required licenses and certificates. We are known by hundreds of our loyal customers all over Poland, which includes food shops, wineries, restaurants, delicatessens, taverns, boarding-houses and hotels of the highest rank, not to mention legions of our individual customers.
