Fiano Romano is a lovely town in the province of Rome, which borders with the Bassa Sabina area and dominates the Tiber Valley. Fiano Romano is right at the exit of autostrada A1 and just a short drive away from Roma.

The apartment is at the second and third floor of an historical and noble seventeen-century building. The recent restoration has left intact the special feeling of living in such a precious environment, but has added the comfort of a modern house. Besides the kitchen and the dining room with a big, central fireplace, the apartment has four bedrooms all with private bathroom, and a very beautiful living room, with a library of the seventeen century.
It has a panoramic veranda with a majestic terrace (130 square meters), overlooking the town, the castle of Fiano and the surrounding countryside. Each spacious, well-appointed room at this resort features free Internet access, cable satellite television.
The apartment is presently used to hold banquets, weddings, meeting and special events.
As I am no more interested in this activity, I would like to sell the apartment. Since my most enthusiastic customers have been foreigners, I wonder whether you would be interested to sell it to your customers. I also have plenty of pictures of my location that I would be happy to send you to give you a more precise idea how beautiful it is.
