Large French town house situated in the
lovely and thriving market town, nestling in
the historical and friendly Aulnay de
Saintonge.
The house is a splendid base whilst you
explore the emense amount of historical and
cultural interest in the locality.. There
are some wonderful beaches at La Rochelle
and Royan; which are less than an hours
drive away.
There is lots to do for the sportives who
wish to walk and view all the beautiful
forests, parks, country side faune and
flora. Meet the ane de Poitiers (which is a
local and beautiful donkey; which has a kind
of `dredlocks`; which Bob Marley would have
been proud of !)
There is a pretty lake just 20 mins away, where
you can swim, play mini-golf, ride on the peddle
boats, and taste their delicious moules/frites.
There is a large public pool just 3 minutes
walk from the house.
The magnificent church at the end of the road, is
renowned to be one of the finest Roman
examples in France.
The house comprises of 3+ bedrooms
2 large double bedrooms, and a large
room with 2 single beds. Upstairs there
is a pretty bathroom/shower room with
WC and handbasin. Another WC downstairs
with handbasin.
The large bright kitchen is well equipped and
full of character such as beams and revealed stone.
The utility room houses washing machine, fridge,
microwave, there is also a Belfast sink and various
kitchen equipment.
The winter garden is both spacious and a
relaxing place to sit and share an apperative with
friends etc.

It has been totally renovated and refurbished through-
out.
