The apartment is in Kranevo resort village,
in a new house accommodates 4+ persons and
is suitable for couples, family or group of
close friends.
The layout includes:
-Bedroom with the king-size bed;
-Big living room (30 m2) including:
Dining area (with fridge, microwave oven,
electric kettle, sandwich toaster, coffee
maker and tableware);
Working area with the table for computer;
Rest area with satellite LCD TV and
comfortable sofa - bed where two persons can
sleep; and a child`s crib (ages 0-5) or camp
cot on request;
-Cozy panoramic balcony for relaxing after a
long day at the beach (with table and
chairs, umbrella and BBQ);
-Bathroom with toilet, bathtub and washing
machine.
-Pool with the compartments for adults and
children. The pool is used exclusively by
the house residents.
-Garage (or parking lot)in the price
included.
-Wireless internet.
There is a small convenience shop and bakery
(just 2 min walk from the building) with
great breakfast options (with best Bulgarian
baking - ` Bannitsa` – made of puff pastry
and cheese, we are sure you will love it
forever…:). More big stores, restaurants,
bаnk department, ATM and a lot of souvenir
shops – just 10-15 min walk.
Albena resort with best in Bulgaria Water
Park and beautiful sand beaches – just 5 min
drive. Golden Sands resort -10 min
drive;Varna city – 30 min. drive, Varna
Airport – 35 min drive.
Kranevo`s sand beaches – 20-25 min walk.
Please refrain from smoking in the apartment
- there is always a balcony to smoke and to
enjoy the view. The view from balcony and
windows are really wonderfull!
Check-in and check-out happens at any time,
convenient for the guests.
We are fluent in English and Russian. Our
family lives at a 10 minutes drive from the
apartment and we always help if something is
needed. We can arrange transfer to/ from
Airport (extra cost) on request.
We`ve moved in Bulgaria 5 years ago and have
our own site (`Bulgarian life of Russian family` – just type it in Google and - your at our site) - A lot of photos
